Everett chuckled against Ellie's lips even as his hand reached for the flimsy strings of fabric that were holding her bikini top to her body. He toyed with the fabric between his fingers. "This is a very nice bathing suit," he complimented, his tone even. "Is it new?" he questioned before he brought his lips to her neck, nipping gently at her collarbone. In all honesty, he knew that the entire week would need to be spent socializing with their friends and that Ellie was planning on spending a considerable amount of time with her sister which - of course, he understood. Though, he couldn't say that he was looking forward to it.
Still, rather than thinking about that, he focused on his girlfriend. He captured her lips with his again, kissing her hungrily. The hand that wasn't toying with her bathing suit moved to tangle in her hair. Biting gently at her lower lip, he pulled her closer to him.

Ellie giggled softly before kissing him back eagerly. She couldn't say that she hadn't been looking forward to moments like these, moments where she had an opportunity to spend some much appreciated time alone with him. As much as she loved the time that they spent together back in New York, she still couldn't escape the feeling that they were still making up for lost time; a time when he had pushed her away when she had hoped that he would have wanted her around. There was a possibility that she was never going to think that they were back on even ground, but she wasn't sure that it was necessarily a problem.
Pulling away from him a little, she nodded as she began to press soft kisses along his jaw. "It is new," she told him softly. "So don't break it," she added, smirking against his skin, encouraging him to continue to press this situation further. She knew that she owed Jamie a text message, but she also knew that it was going to be difficult to pull her away from this bed, and away from Everett.

Everett smirked at his girlfriend. He let out a soft groan as Ellie’s lips trailed along his skin and chuckled at her comment about not breaking her new bathing suit. “I could buy you a new one,” he suggested before he pressed his mouth to her bare shoulder, kissing and nipping gently at the skin there. “And I know you packed more than one,” he pointed out with a laugh. He tugged gently on the string but then paused.
He was in very little hurry to move things along faster, knowing that – with her sister currently busy and that they could put off going out with the others for a bit. Still he didn’t want anyone knocking on their door just yet. His arms moved to wrap firmly around her and with little effort he maneuvered them so that she was on her back. He kissed her firmly on the lips before stepping back from her entirely to find her phone. Dropping it onto the mattress beside her he nodded at it. “Text Benson,” he told her. “Don’t want him knocking on the door wondering where we are,” he pointed out before he bent down, pressing a trail of kisses along her abdomen.

With an over exaggerated sigh, Ellie picked up her phone and tapped out a quick message to Jamie, simply relaying that Everett wasn't feeling well and they were going to be staying in for a little bit, but that they would try and meet up with everyone later for dinner. At least that's what she hoped the message said because she was so distracted by the touch of Everett's lips on her body that she wouldn't have been surprised at all if the message was just a jumbled line of letters with no meaning at all. Setting her phone on the nightstand, she sighed once more, this time contentedly.
Six months ago she would have thought that it was a ridiculous thought to have, a vacation away with Everett. If someone would have asked her then who she thought she would have invited, she would have said Kensi without hesitation, though part of her wondered if Jamie would have just invited the petite girl to begin with. Or if things were the same as they were now, she wondered how much drama it would have caused to have had both Kensi and AJ on the same trip. Though, Ellie supposed it hardly mattered now. After her birthday in September, things had slowly started working themselves out with the young man still pressing kisses to her skin, and by the start of the New Year, their new relationship status had become official. In the last three months, things had worked out much faster than she would have anticipated, and while she wasn't complaining, she did also throw into contrast everything else that had changed too.
She knew that her fights with Kensi weren't making things easy on her boyfriend, that his friendship with Kensi had been established long before Ellie had met the other girl, and certainly long before her new relationship with him had been established. But she had known Jamie even longer. Their mothers were best friends, they had grown up together, the twins had been among the first non-family members to call him Jamie instead of James, and she felt that all of that meant something. So whether or not Everett or Kensi saw it as taking sides, she saw it as an easy decision. But that thought, she knew, would have quickly ruined everything she hoped to accomplish that week.
Namely spending as much time as possible in the hotel room with Everett. She reflexively responded to his touch, arching her back slightly to try and encourage him for more. "We are going to have to leave this room eventually," she reminded him, though it was entirely possible she was reminding herself even more.

It was easier, he supposed, when it was just the two of them. Easier to forget about things going on in the outside world – like how his mother was doing, what his father might be plotting, how upset Kensi was with the two of them. He much preferred when it was just he and Ellie and he was not at all opposed to trying to take up her time. While he knew he couldn’t monopolize her time for the whole week, he was content to take what time he could get.
Kissing her skin, he hooked his fingers into the bottoms of her bathing suit and dragged them past her hips and down her legs. “I don’t know, Ellie. Room service does exist,” he teased before pressing a kiss to the inside of her thigh. “I bet I could make it very tempting for us to stay in here all week,” he added matter of factly.

Ellie gasped softly when she felt his lips against the sensitive skin of her thigh. She bit her lower lip and closed her eyes for a moment, shaking her head softly, "No. We should leave at some point," she was starting to have a hard time remembering why she thought that it was a good idea to leave, why they had bothered coming on this vacation at all when she would have been perfectly content to have locked herself in his apartment for a week too. Actually, she was starting to forget why she thought that this was a good idea when she now just wanted to tie herself to the bed and never leave.
"Maybe not now," she added with a grin, "Come here," she directed him, pulling him back up to kiss him solidly on the lips.

Everett grinned down at Ellie, he kissed her back soundly before pulling back and tugging his shirt over his head. He quickly returned to her, kissing her firmly on the mouth while his hand travelled between her thighs. He teased the inside of her thigh with her finger tips and pressed his lips to her neck. "What could we possibly need that we couldn't have brought up to the room, Ellie?" he asked her teasingly.
Deep down he knew that they had to leave the room eventually, but teasing her was fun all the same. Plus, it was nice to imagine what it would be like if they should have the time to just enjoy their own world together, with no interruptions.

Ellie laughed softly, arching toward him so that she could try and force him to touch as much of her as he could. "Mmmm," she mused, turning her head a little to give him more of her neck to kiss. She just wanted him to continue touching her, in any and every way that she could get him to do so. It suddenly felt like a few stolen hours before dinner with their friends wasn't enough.
"Sunlight?" she offered finally, running out of ideas of things that they might have actually needed to leave the room for. Everything else seemed like it was easily replaceable by room service or something in this room already. Maybe she had underestimated the idea of a week alone with her boyfriend. It was very much like practice for if they ever decided to live together, something that she hated to admit that she might have thought of once or twice as the reality of college starting in the fall continued to sink in. She knew that things were going to change, but now her fear was that it wasn't going to change enough. She didn't like the idea of staying at home and based on the stories Morgan shared, she didn't like the idea of living with a roommate either. She would have liked to broach the subject of some day relatively soon but she didn't want to scare him just yet.
